Dave Adams is the director of 3 bands, 6th grade, 7th grade and 8th grade at the Dunbar-Erwin An Achievable Dream Academy in Newport News, VA.  They recorded an album with members of the Young Razzcals Jazz Project after the Academy students had learned to play their instruments just 8 months previous.
